This location was a butcher shop for nearly half a century and inspired the name. It resides in the Southport Corridor strip of bar and restaurants. He chose to walk the 300+ miles from Louisville, KY to Chicago where he opened a distillery and brewery. This business was opened with another famous name in Chicagoland – Michael Diversey.
