Rebel and Rye

726 W GRAND AVE, CHICAGO, IL

Rebel & Rye

One fateful day in 1794, a rebellion erupted in protest of the whiskey tax. People of all classes came together to protest against this injustice. It was this momentous event in history that inspired us to use our menu of over 500 whiskeys to bring people together, but we couldn’t help being a little rebellious. That’s why we ask you to come as you are; no fancy dress code and no judgment on where you come from. Just good whiskey.

Trace

Since opening our doors in 2001, we’ve had one thought in mind; create a unique atmosphere that contrasts the stereotype of the usual Wrigleyville bar. Yes, you will find a wide selection of premium and domestic beers, top-shelf spirits, and a bevy of cub fans in front of the large-screen plasma TVs on game day, but you’ll also enjoy our rock ‘n roll lounge-like nightlife during the off-season. We’re open till 4 a.m., so cap off your night right at Trace!

The Butcher’s Tap

A Last Call concept based on the butcher shop founded in this location in 1932. We combined grass-fed meats the butcher would be proud of with organic cheeses and over 100 beers, with 80 on tap, to give our neighborhood a spot where they can watch the game, throw a party and feel good about it.
